What is the customer experience if their Success reps are suddenly gone?
A lot from Success, Enablement and Product management. Not seen any from professional services yet
Lots of Success team members - specifically RVP level (increase operating margin by reducing OPEX more deeply through the elimination of the highest compensated roles)
CommerceCloud is going down really fast with the lack of innovation. They plan to deprecate Demandware platform in the next years introducing a new B2C Commerce Cloud built on top of Salesforce Platform. It's the end of Commerce Cloud as we know it.
