Has anyone heard from our fearless leader in the last few weeks or over a month by now? Don’t think the transparency he preached in the beginning is working out well.
Curious when the big cut is coming. I’ve heard anywhere from 1/9-10 to 1/23 but we were also supposed to hear on 12/1 so who knows.
I'm glad I bailed out a while back. I wasn't going to wait around for this hatchet man to wield his axe. I feel terrible for anyone who will be affected. Of course, he sends the email on a Friday so that everyone's weekend is ruined. That probably made HIS weekend.
Ask and ye shall receive! Friday afternoon notification of layoffs coming next Tues.
TK will leave by the end of this summer.

It's possible his bosses told him to STFU after his first pathetic attempts at communication. There is no way Krause is going to be CEO in two years. He's here to do his hatchet job, and that's it.
It's honestly mind blowing how much disregard TK has for his new employees, although not surprising whatsoever. The guy spent an absurd amount of time on his "introduction PowerPoint" and the most exciting parts were about his high school baseball career and how he married his high school sweetheart. I knew right then that this guy was not going to live up to the leader we previously had, nor the leader that this new company needs - not even close! I heard the lay off date is 1/11, but who knows. If you're curious about your future and are originally a TIBCO employee just go to Workday, and click on your department - if it's TIBCO-GTM you're getting laid off. The list is long, but it's truly a stroke of good luck to be getting let go from CSG, especially with that new garbage comp plan. Today they re-assigned a lot of open deals to other sales reps, so it's not really a secret. It's just really silly how long we were left in the dark, and that we just have to sit here and wait - the transparency TK harped on never existed and never will. Good luck to those that will remain, there are certainly still incredible members of leadership, new and old, that will support you and pick up TK's slack.
