Maybe I'm wrong, but it doesn't seem like Teradata has any clear direction anymore. What are the long-term and specific plans for this company? It is completely unclear where this company is going.
This used to be an excellent workplace but the leadership can't get their act together anymore.

Moving customers to the cloud is not a strategy! TINO keeps on wasting the opportunity and doesn't understand what they already have at their disposal.
Aren't they working on "Cloud First" and trying to get all their existing customers on to the cloud? They have so many on-prem customers still. They were also going to focus on fortune 100 companies for new clients.
Clear evidence of the failing TINO strategy! We must go back to our roots and do things the proper way, the way this company was built! Those men were heroes who wanted to create a better world, with a passion for solving complex problems! Now it's just about numbers, cloud and pampering minorities - this is not the way to run a business!
Oh you forgot we have a chief stratergy Officer and many minions under him .
They are working on 500 things(the last time i checked) that no one knows what they are.
Vantage lake till the leadership is replaced again and they are all given golden parachutes is my guess
