Holiday pay.

Do we get paid for New Years Day? I noticed on my time card, it hasn’t shown yet.

Your not paid holiday for New Years Day unless you put in a Flex Holiday for it yourself.

If you worked it, it's straight time, not time and a half.

Policies were changed for 2022. No longer do you get holiday pay plus time and a half for working the holiday unless it's Thanksgiving, which is a fixed holiday.

Go look in Askhr for the policies. You have access to this as an employee. You will see the days you get time and a half and how flex Holliday's work.
