PIL sweetening the pot in the way out the door

If you are PiP can you come back/ return? How about if you take PIL any difference?
@OP No one hopes for being PIPed. They get piped out by some one in power that's all
@dn If you’re planning to leave, it’s better to leave on good terms. A lot of people resign so they don’t burn bridges , it keeps the door open to return later or even work as a contractor. But if you get PIPed, you lose those options.
@df If someone is planning to leave, why not take 3 months pay? Sorry but explain why this is not a good idea before providing insulting remarks.
Seems that even the people hoping for NSI still backstab and claim accomplishments of others. EM has perfected a horrible culture of zero cooperation and 109% competition.
NSI is more likely an indicator that you have been targeted without enough sponsorship to defend, than an indicator that you are the poorest performer in your group.
I was targeted by the sleaziest, most disgusting freak of a boss this year. Basically a boss that deserves to get NSI has the power to NSI his team members. EM is systematically failing at the very simple task of distinguishing between id--ts and experts.
@OP no one hopes for NSI for themselves they not only hope it for others also they do all in their power to be sure the target gets out
yes I'm sure everyone is dying to be informed they are a failure and being sent out into the worst job market imaginable.
