It is impossible to calculate the cost of poor communication, but I am sure that it costs Citrix a lot. Transparency goes hand in hand with trust, and here it is almost non-existent. People are in suspense, they are speculating whether there will be layoffs this month or the next one. Perhaps it is too much to expect this poor leadership to care about the uncertainty their employees face daily and its negative impact on morale, productivity decline, and lower engagement.

No full time employees needed, just ship existing software to customers and sends the logs to /dev/null in India.
