NY/NJ is 90 days paid WARN/full benefits.
TX/FL/DE is 60 days paid WARN/full benefits.

Federal is 60 for companies of a certain size. Some states like NY have 90 and that supersedes the federal. A simple Google search for warn period by state would tell you your answer.
