At Micron, experience is a liability. The longer you've been at this place, the higher your risk of being laid off. This sound counterproductive but that's what happened in the past. Personally, I don't know of any other company where this is true. Having been here for nearly ten years, I can't help but worry.

You should not be worried if you have experience and especially if you are still advancing and productive at work!
