The answer is: never. Macy's has never done anything right to benefit its employees. It's all about greed and more money for those who sit on the top and have no idea what we have to go through each day to keep this place running. I wish for one day they had to do our jobs. Just one day. Maybe then they'd appreciate us a little bit more.
