For the person who called me a Jan. If you look at who he fired most of those people weren't doing any work at all but were being well paid. You have to cut the fat and invest in those people who do the work. Macys should learn from him and get rid of all the layers of management its ridiculous. Fix your broken filthy stores,replace all the cr---y fixtures and give us some REAL merchandise instead of cr---y Karen Scott and all the store brands that no one wants.

Yes then laying off most of the people that work there. Then you will have 3 people to work the trucks, once central check out and two people to ring with one closer to lock up at night.
