I am no longer part of this company but, after a great disappointment, I can give advice to those who are still here so that they do not make the same mistake as I did: keep detailed notes of everything that happens to you here, because it may be useful to you sometime in the future!
Unfortunately, I did not have recorded details about when I was exposed to micromanagement, when I was assigned additional tasks and the like.

I think I failed to catch the sarcasm in the "big settlement"post
A big settlement? For what? Having a manager tell you what to do?
Cross training is is a plus. Too many BBB employees say it’s not my job. Well guess what- it is your job. Learn everything there is to know but don’t get pushed around by micro managing SM. Knowing different positions within the company could give you a better position and more hrs= more money in your pocket
Just being honest, it's is why they put "additional duties as required" on job descriptions.
Are there any BBBY employees who were not micromanaged?
“Exposed to micromanagement”
Ohh the humanity !!!
“Additional tasks”
At work?!?!?! that’s crazy…
I bet if you had recorded more details you would be looking at a pretty big settlement right now.
