I've been here for a while, and as much as I love both the people and the work, there's no denying that our company is in a state of crisis. There's so much toxicity, politics, and nepotism that it's now often impossible to focus on work while trying to stay afloat in this mess. It's hard to feel positive about the future with things the way they are.

There are still lots of lazy CIOs who can't be bothered to dump old software that sorta works. So, it's likely to be a slow and painful decline for CSG. There's nothing to look forward to in 2023, but more of the same...
Hard to argue that a crash is coming, just hard for me to picture what that's going to look like. There are a lot of big deals still getting signed now, and a ton of customers are still on legacy and will be hard if impossible for the to quickly transition.
Will there be a crash? Or just a steady and inevitable degradation of service/employees until they start spinning off the individual BU's?
same applies to TIBCO.... unfortunately. it's too late now. the crash is just a matter of time.
Citrix has sucked for many years.
Pre-pandemic Citrix is long gone. The way it once was, the culture, the people and the comradery, has been changed forever. Never will Synergy, Summit, Servtech ever exist, but also it will never be forgotten. The friendships and the good times will always have a place in my memory. The only constant is change however change might not always be good. Only time will tell if this new change will survive or go down in a glory of heaping kindling.
You mean you're tired of Cloud Software Group. Citrix is a defunct company.
