Unhappy New Year! Deep cuts coming OSP to go to Excell

Dennis the Menace lies again. No more hires for FST. OSP techs will get offers to go to Excell. Take the next package! Read quotes from year end meeting.

“ we will save more money by contracting out OSP. “ This was a tough decision but we simply can’t take on any more debt.” All hiring for field service is on hold.” Again a hard decision to make but I need to do what is needed. By the end of the year we will offer another package, then reevaluate the staff. We’re still on pace to be fully contracted by mid 2023.”

They prob can’t change metrics with out going through the union first . That was the point d-a-s . They got more than most when it comes to protection. Love it . Come on guys let’s union up.

unfortunately everyone under a contract think they are safe. they hinge on the "contractor" clause. Just remember, they only have to fairly negotiate. What happens when they change the metrics for in-house and you cant make them.....buh bye one by one.

Union isn't helping the company from falling apart, nor will they be a big help for techs. Bubble buster, LMAO!

You fools, some are still making very good money so it's their choice to stay & milk it dry. I see no problem with that. Hate the company, get over it. Yall crybabys say "waaaah, I'm mad at you because the company got me forever b-u-t-t-hurt, dont work there because they made me feel bad, waaaahhh!! "
Grow a pair & get the F over it!
Nobody cares what U say, hahaha!

How many times are you going to go to a dry well before you understand there’s never going to be any more water. Move on, plenty of life out here beside Al-friggin’-tice. Don’t be scared, just take the first step.
