More Tampa layoffs

Tampa TSO (tech support) got told right before Christmas they are being let go as of 2/17. That’s 16 agents and 2 supervisors. So with the 62 from Tampa dispatch laid off that’s 80 people cut 4th qtr. Nick of course lied about no more layoffs in the listen live. He really won’t stop u til this entire company is run by vendors

Looks like they might be closing down Tampa area or selling the area. No job posting for Florida. The states not even on the list of areas

And it's 6 OPP per day, which means dispatch will load you with 12-14 and you will get in trouble if you don't complete them all.

Does anyone know what is the average jobs per day for field technicians to complete is it two jobs are three jobs within eight hours where I’m at they’re pushing us to get four or five jobs done in eight hours no ot allowed jobs are on trouble tickets 2.05 points what is the average job that is allowed per company directive not local manager please let me know thank you

If you're where your supposed to be and trying to fix your customers service the right way, nothing is going to happen to you. Your manager or director is trying to save their jobs right now thats why they want you doing 5.

I cannot wait until the company gets in trouble from the PUc for pushing out all the trouble tickets saying customers that are out of service but rep they’re lying on the ticket that they’re having frequent disconnects but the customer are completely out of service shorted cable pairs open there’s no way they have service I hope the PUC fines the sh-t out of frontier the way they’re treating these customers is ridiculous seven 8 to 10 days out of service same for businesses as well they don’t want to update or do anything about the copper plant old Nick in love with fiber unreal loopcare is shut down always says test results not available and that is because there’s no record showing the customer is completely out of service so therefore they have the representatives label frequent disconnects when they know damn well the customers out of service completely when they are labeled frequent disconnects they do not have to have priority because they have service I think it’s very unfair frontier is very corrupt anymore it’s not right it’s a bunch of cr-p not fair to the customers or the technicians and on top of it we can’t work overtime to take care of the customer and they have contractors working Saturdays and Sundays on hourly unit but I’m told that it’s not the same bull cr-p it is it’s hourly it’s hourly thank you
