I'm an AD in Nancy Clarks organization and I was asked to stack rank my team 2 weeks ago for a rif that is coming in July.
Will this new round include customer service reps and supervisors or just managers?
@cr It is performance review time, so yes rankings have been submitted.

Verizon do RIFF every month as that won’t hit the news. If they do RIFF as they have done every quarter hit the news and they love to be in secret when they let go people. VZ loves RIFF’s before the Christmas holidays. The fear of getting layoff will ki-l you as stress is not good for you. Just try to pay your debts and don’t over work as they will drain you and force you work overtime.
