I’m an A0 and I don’t want anyone to get anything that messes with my bonus, profit sharing, or share valuations.

Longer of:

6 months for salaries over 100k or
2 weeks per year of service

Slightly less (4-5 months) if your salary is less than 100k

That's what was in my docs anyway

May the odds be ever in your favor

I think it varies but I know grade 7+ who were laid off and said they got 6 months plus a pro-rated version of their annual bonus.

Yeah, can someone please confirm if it is 2 weeks per year of tenure or 6 months at a minimum + 2 weeks per year of tenure if you have been for more than 12 years?

depends on the tenure of service , A0's want to line up their pockets why would they give you more money. A0's are making the billionaire list

Yes, but only base salary which is lowest in industry . So don’t be fool by it . They entice you on total comp and but in severance only give salary
