Anyone remember how beneficial BCG' analysis was to Ford' meteoric rise to profitability in the past?
Not!
I just want to hear stories from the older crew.
On another note, does anyone remember their attempt at implementing a Matrix Management model?
Maybe if they understood the difference between producing a quality product and the stylish management trends of the month, Ford would be a great car company.

@gq Full of something else too!
This is spoken like someone who thinks there are unlimited resources available for an unspecified amount of time. Part and parcel to someone who has no skin in the game and isn't involved/has no real investment in the company's future. Just sees it as a resource to continually drain until there's nothing left. Do you even work at Ford?
"Legacy resources"
Listen to yourself. Look at what's transpired. Years of losses, 19.5 billion write down last year and more to come this year. Architecture cancellation. What about those resources? Life blood of the company right there.
A good chunk of them have been hired direct into LL3+ roles. Look at MG- he keeps stocking corporate strategy with his boys club. BCG is full of theories they can't operationalize.
The same clowns who developed the algorithm to fire people since SRD? Farley loves this company.
@a8 The current Veeps' and Directors' back DOOR?That's just biz as usual!
BCG did assist the company with clearing out much of the legacy resources that would not be needed when the company pivoted to a BEV mobility future. As the pillar of the Ford company transformation, Model e and Ford Pro were the successful outcomes that resulted.
I do not view BCG as a detriment to the company but more as opening the door to the company's new direction.
