I don’t understand why score is down and when it will be back up and running

ODW was meant to be this big amazing thing and it’s been nothing but a shambles, can’t accept certain counties bank details format, data for accounts is wrong, leave balances incorrect and often wiped, score down for two months…what a joke! For a company that apparently is number one at selling AI infrastructure and is arguably the biggest IT company in the world we can’t even sort our own system out - oh and we don’t want to pay our staff.
the synergies have imploded into a black hole of nothingness, so i guess something is working.
Who needs to understand their compensation anyways? You work here because you love your job right?
Our management is saying that we shouldn’t be concerned about it because we are on a draw for two months so why not worry about it till month 3.
Total horse sht. If you want to use the carrot then get the F#%ing tool working! Try me with the stick, I am on my last straw and already have a verbal offer.

A lot of tools are down today. I heard it's so bad we have directors and VPs on the bridge call for it, but no one seems to be able to sort out the clusterphuk we have created.
