They laid off grade 4s/5s instead of the blood su-king VPs and SVPs
@OP of course there are cuts coming.
But they won't be immediate.
The leaders who got slashed in may will be replaced by someone who would bring their own agenda, priorities and will have favorites to replace / restructure teams further.
We will have more cuts announced by fall
Probably not, but they really missed the opportunity to get VPs who have no direct reports. What do they actually do?
