Those are the three words I'd use to describe NCR today. And to think I used to like my job.

To be fair, NCR started its death spiral when it was purchased by AT&T. It's been downhill ever since, shrinking in size and influence every year since.
My mind goes more toward;
Incompetent, arrogant, clueless for both Voyix and Atleos.
NCR ended in 2023. Those of us who spent many years with National Cash Register do not deserved to be lumped in with the current losing team.
Atleos, Don’t expect anything different from Brinks, just less, and if you work for Voyix, don’t expect long term employment, they won’t be around long.
Ok, but if you’re going to be that specific about how you’re feeling, at least be accurate about the company. NCR ceased to exist in October 2023. It’s not 2 companies: NCR Voyix and NCR Atleos. Which one are you talking about?
