Every other month is a quite layoffs unless it is a big one then even more losses. Then they rehire these kids, give them scraps because they straight out of college, and expect us to train them. Nope. Other more indians with fake diplomas and degrees.

@ak This once was the company every high school and college graduate dreamed of
working for. You would start at the bottom and work your way up the job ladder.
People could easily stay until they retired.
Now due to the bean counters people are lucky to last 5 years.
And lets not forgot going a few years without a raise or bonus.
And how many of the workers are now doing double workloads due to the cuts
Pretty much. The Dots got a foot in the door and they hire more dots. Or outsourcing to H1Bs. This isn't an American company. It's a joke. Retiring in 6 months. (Or a LAYOFF!)
