I have been here for over 20 years, the culture is dismal, favorites and females are rewarded to the point of displacing actual performers, made up drama, weekly change of priorities as a reason to get rid of you, this way you cannot deliver. This is the snakes way of operating and controlling you to eventually get rid of you. The more interesting fact are the two mentee female snakes that now report to other VPs, I bet they are waiting to bite on behalf of the sponsor snake sometime this year, and these poor souls would wonder what bit them.

The rot set in with Lord Browne and his 'ninjas'. Add into the mix the disastrous McKinsey strategy, together with the appointment of the hopelessly inept BL. What could possibly go right?
I did read it, but the Daily Mail is about as credible as a pub rumour after last orders. It’s designed to provoke, not to inform. rubbish
