AD / Sr Directors can move us all forward. I don’t even know who AVP VP SVP are and what they can do besides nice speech
Lake Mary is filled with useless VPs at all levels, useless Directors of all levels. relocate financial roles to be with the rest of the company
AD is the most useless role. They do not lift fingers to work on any task done by Individual contributors but they are good at documenting it in the PowerPoints to present to the leaders .. while blocking Individual contributors from getting on any leadership meeting or getting any recognition.

All vz Associate Directors should be in same band as Sr Directors…. They cannot be kept on to same band as ICs. Verizon is big time mess up on compensation?
