Please provide what was discussed. Not all Wellmed folks were invited . Managers are nowhere to be found and my whole team is having computer issues.

@ap can you blame them for being paranoid? Every other day there’s a new RIF rumor. Claims processors should be paranoid , that work has always been automated or sent offshore . Surprised there are still claim processor tbh
It was almost entirely fluff. John Lovelady led the call. They highlighted employees who earned awards and then highlighted a patient story and a new clinic that opened.
One of the docs on the panel discussed using Sunoh AI for notetaking during patient appointments and how that’s being rolled out across doctors/clinics. Clara AI is also now being used for eCW questions.
Lovelady said there will be “an all-hands/town hall style” meeting more regularly moving forward.
He ended the call 10 minutes early and did not take any questions from anyone.

This person is extremely paranoid. Wellmed employee here… the claims system had issues this morning. We were not notified of any layoffs or random all hands meetings today… any time there’s been a layoff done our sup gets with us and lets us know. Not saying it won’t happen in the future but as far as I know nothing happened today.
