Does anyone have any details about what July will look like for R2Bs new role? It’s almost like they are turning us into bible salesmen and paying us about the same as one.

@c4 b2b hires quarterly because of their payout structure I believe
not just b2b but other roles too
@bz what do you mean there is a freeze? A hiring freeze? So you can’t move to open b2b positions?
@bz they are trying to force people out of the role and see what the average attainment is for when they set you free in July. I am happy that people are underperforming so, in theory, the quotas should be reasonable going forward.
Them not raising base salary while expecting us to do B2B with more work, more pressure, DUNS restrictions, prospecting, and more responsibility just leads me to resent the position. They really sc--wed the pooch on this one.
Just remember the faces, especially the senior managers who haven’t been forthcoming. The ones blindly cheering saying “this is great,” “we needed these changes,” “what an opportunity”, an opportunity to work more and make less. Same people that rubber stamp every bad decision and tell you it’s normal because “changes happen at Verizon.”
Funny how the sacrifice is always expected from the people actually generating the revenue.
It feels like they want us to quit honestly. The commission pay outs have been halved already. Then they want us to prospect way harder than before. I'm fine with that if the numbers for what can be achieved are reasonable, but multiple times lately they just have not delivered reasonable quotas or expectations
I say this as a top performing member in my org on one of the better teams in the country. They just raised the ecode gate to 40% this month. There was no prior communication about this at all. Considering how high my quota is because I am tied to store traffic, that number is massive
Last year, ecode quota was 35 AAL. To max out the multliplier you needed around 55/56. But those were any adds. Tablets, mobile clients, reveal starters, etc. anything
My ecode quota this month alone to even begin to multiply is essentially 55 phones/fwa. The other stuff pays way less now. So my quota to even begin to think about making good money is substantially higher. How am I supposed to get 10/11k ecode while also being responsible for multiple retail locations as well still?
And that's the thing, I've DONE 10/11k ecode myself before. But I was one of the top people in my org. I look at leaderboard and I'm highly ranked and I'm nowhere near happy with what I'm making anymore.
Everyone below me is not making money at all? And they're okay with that?
Meanwhile there's a freeze and nobody can get in or out. They've essentially got me trapped into a role I didn't ask for, with unattainable goals, for half the payout it used to be.
I really just hope the quota for July going forward is at a reasonable pace. Let people ramp and get into a rhythm. If it's unreasonable out the gate, the job is DOA
looks like you guys all got sc--wed. Forced attrition. They want you to quit. Almost like they were like "we need to get rid of these guys but don't want to pay severance"
