Don't know if this is the right place as this board mentions layoffs, but lately there have been no layoffs yet people are quietly disappearing from IBM. They are handed out a PIP and then right after the end date they are gone. Does anybody know of a good attorney who can take up the case for wrongful termination?

If you are a former IBM worker who suspects you were wrongfully terminated, you can seek a confidential consultation from employment law firms experienced with IBM cases, such as Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight, Gibbs Law Group, or Potter Handy, LLP.Employment attorneys who specialize in tech layoffs
@cf agree . In Albany everyone they dismissed through a PIP I saw was over 40. At least half laid off were under 40
I’ve heard this is a new approach to let older workers go and give them a year of insurance rather than laying off.
They give many of them four weeks pay at the end and if they accept probably makes it hard to sue
