This company implements agile/scrum incorrectly and then uses it as an excuse to pile a bunch of unreasonable deadlines on the doers. Completely unacceptable.
My manager is literally running around like a madman telling us all "we need to get this done NOW..." The scrum board is completely empty and nobody knows what to go do. He then told us today "we're being asked to accelerate the timelines... We need to move NOW". This place is insane.
Every day a new shiny object to chase no strategy just execs making demands and everyone scurrying around like ants. Plans never executed as always a sudden change competitor farts and we have to copy them making a louder fa-t machine and in quicker time.

I have to agree. If it's not a knee je-k reaction it's full speed Wiley Coyote into a brick wall.
