There is no such thing as a team here. You work in isolation and only hear from management when you messed up. Climbing past a certain point is impossible and they offer zero support for learning anything new. Do not put yourself through this. Your home life will suffer, your relationships will feel the strain, and you will need a break just to recover. Work somewhere that actually cares.

Chill out Bro.
After all... tomorrow is another day.
Ahhh I remember those days as a field rep. It’s my own fault but you can let this job eat up your personal life if you let it. I felt like I needed to check my e-mails daily, had my phone on 24-7 in case my co-ops needed me, over worried about missing flags, scheds and interim calls that the ROC didn’t do, not to mention performance and install expectations and customer service issues including NTOs. Twenty six years was a long time dealing with all of that stress, while being a single parent. I am so much happier now. I miss most of my co-ops and fellow reps but I sure don’t miss the stress. If I could have gone back to 1999, I would have made a different choice.
of course they don’t care. nielsen is collapsing like a dying star.

This is America, nobody actually cares!
