It’s officially time to panic. The company continues down a death spiral. Management is getting desperate. They have no answers, except get rid of people. This will be their revenge tour for the poor survey results.

What % of WTS sales put on “letter of concern” ? No need to layoff, just give everyone a PIP in declining market with over inflated quotas. Easy Peasy. They either quit or you get to let them go for not meeting “expectations”
@ev LOL, this is a website about layoffs. Why would people be positive about layoffs? Not unless you are a greedy executive who wants to fatten their bank account. Time and time again, executives have proven to be untrustworthy. They do NOT care about employees and eliminate them at will like a used rag doll.
This website is a krapfest of losers spreading negativity. Some truth, but mostly garbage.
