Yep, as it seems MDT only pays recent hires what market value is, I just give my daily % of market value and give zero sh--s about fridays or mondays…
And given the new hires and green people, it seems I’m giving too much
Ladies and Gents, its called a "flex friday" not "summer hours" that was a LCOV term MDT dissolved. Most corporate Managers are on board too.
Every single 4 day a week RTO employee is already on summer hours.
