I just promise whatever I think my manager wants to hear. Whatever gets the head nodding.

Managers forget, life moves on.

Keep working harder for them to be richer than you id--ts. Until you stop working then there is no bar for them to raise. Old men cannot wipe their a-s cleanly so don’t raise any bar on them to break their necks.

Please tell “HR” to raise the bar higher, 2026 goals is actually too attainable!! you all can even raise it to 2027 goals that haven’t been set. You don’t scare us!!! i think you all are missing a critical point, it’s just a job!!!

A lot of people have left Intel! I stopped counting! Attrition is real, and I know it will get worse! Just horrible situation in general where morale is dead, folks overworked and losing their sense of decency or courtesy towards one another! No one cares! It is what it is. Take care of yourself folks, as you owe it to yourself! Especially if you are genuinely working hard.

It's hilarious that they're panicking about losing too many people to attrition (at least in my department) while still doing everything in their power to continue ki-ling morale and motivation.
