ton let it slip that the company is exploring the idea of squeezing engineering teams down to 4, with the rest of the team being suplimented with ai
if you are in a team of size 5 or more, your head is likely on the block

@ks Maybe Tony is a self-cloning bot and he's the other 25k followers.
Speaking of LinkedIn I find it very bizarre that they congratulated themselves for finally having 100k followers (relatively low for LI) when they only had 75k followers just a few days before….
Also, the amount of effort they put into their social media and their overall low number of followers is funny to me. Veeva has 3x the followers and their social media are mostly just simple infographics, none of the tryhard witty stuff that Medidata does.
@fg Ok, but Anthony was put in charge, right? So who are the people who put him in charge and WHY? Looking at Anthony's Linkedin tells us that he's been in numerous high positions in companies who have been sold to other companies. I don't see what qualifies him to be CEO of a company of Medidata UNLESS he was put there to cut, cut, cut until numbers look good enough for Dessault to sell to someone else. I could be wrong. I'm no guru on these matters.
@fa because Anthony knows how to ride a bike and thinks leading a company is just like riding a bike.
Sorry about this, but how else can our XCOM and senior leadership afford to travel the world and do the same muscleman flexing pose at conferences for LinkedIn engagement?
