How do you see things developing over next 6 to 12 months? I am not asking higher ups as I know we will get fairy tales from them.

First line managers are the easiest targets on the cutting board. Leadership won’t cut their own paychecks, and they're too scared to burn down R&D or AE, so middle management is getting the chop next. Classic corporate math.
