@1b7 many in global ops are really the kings and queens of doing this - throwing their weight around demanding people to do things and in the end claiming all the credit

There’s plenty that play the game well…. Never getting their hands dirty, are kings and queens of delegation, and spend all their time absorbing other intelligence and information to simply say they are leading….. NSI the lot!!!!

In EM context, these are the people that get placed into higher buckets. They have figured what works, and have devised ways to do everything in their capacity to get those opportunities while rest of us can go do real work and get placed in lower buckets.. and then work even harder to see if that would help us! You can only do this for a few cycles before you have utter disbelief in this system and either leave or do the minimum you can
