Since the spin era, I've only heard comments the other way, that the C-suite/execs are all pretty much white, cookie-cutter, nuclear family types.
I was curious who our VP of Inclusion was and to my surprise looks like she doesn't even work here anymore. Cheryl Kern isn't in the org chart, but LinkedIn says she's been VP of Inclusion since Jan 2025. Now I can only find an "Inclusion & Belonging Manager" a couple levels bellow TG.
Not the @OP but look around at what's happening in terms of diversity and you'll figure it out
