After layoffs did any staff file se-ual harrasement lawsuits, seeing there was nothing else to lose at that point?

I went to the Human resources department over being pestered by a manager wanting to satisfy his desires with me. The people in Human resources did nothing. Just nothing. They are just as guilty.
I know a girl that dated the department head. She later left and Dst paid her over 100k to prevent her from suing for "harrasement". But she sure was treated well while she worked there
There was alot of "you do me a favor, and I will promote you" hanky-panky going on over the years. I remember the guys making excuses to walk through 3rd floor of the 301 building to check out the young girls in the mutual fund call center area. They were like guys going to a livestock show. That kind of stuff would never be tolerated now.
My opinion is the young girls at DST that may have been preasured into doing certain things, well they were not aware it was illegal. They were not up to date on modern H.R. laws and that it was blatently wrong. They just were not that informed. Its usually the ignorant that become victims. Now they have to live with it.
I bet the former DST top brass hanging out in Aspen this holiday season, eating in the same establishments as Jeff Bezos and his new girlfriend, well they probably never did anything unethical to the girls working at DST. Did they?
I saw abuse. But the supervisors always had a planned pretext as to why they were innocent......the girl approached them, the girl was using them to get a promotion, the girl was lonely on their business trip. So the abuser was "innocent" in the eyes of H.R. And I don't know of one single case of abuse going to court ever in the whole time I worked here.
I know of about 10 cases that COULD have gone to court. But the girls were too imtimidated to do that, or didn't have the money to hire an attorney.
