Navitas Systems announced 82 job layoffs. The company also plans to close one or two of its Ann Arbor locations. These changes stem from a business refocus by its owner. East Penn Manufacturing is strengthening its Motive Power Lithium battery business. The layoffs are scheduled from July 11 to October 31.
