I keep hearing they’ve changed their decision on closing the stores and want to add more self service a/I technology. Which the csrs that frequent the stores would have no clue.

In other news, water is wet.
every district will have at least 1- 2 stores removed out of 1,274 corporate owned retail stores
with removal of all reps and managers it will be a tremendous savings to the company
Makes sense. Would fall under Dan’s “groups/services that are not profitable” model.
