Interesting article, something true is that employees who stay are going to be squeezed and pressured more and more, the ones who want a 9 to 5 job will be out of the game. There is no guarantee that you will rewarded, you might adapt to this new "working culture", but still get fired. I remember seeing the CAIO first message saying that "we want to ship in a week like others do", but there is no culture in place that allows that, so they are playing being the cool kids with those All-in-AI workshops. I believe employees adapt and follow leadership changes when the basics of employee support are sustained, at SAP we don’t.
