To all the downvoters out there: thank you.
You really know how to make our day. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing that pure, unadulterated stupidity is still alive and kicking. Honestly, it’s what keeps society laughing. So keep up the good work, folks — we truly love you.

Why AI does not fit ( FOR NOW )
An AI cannot hold fiduciary duties, be sued as a responsible officer, or be meaningfully disciplined, which is why legal commentary treats AI as a tool rather than a lawful corporate officer. A board can delegate decision support to software, but the board and human officers remain accountable for those decisions. In other words, the company can use AI heavily, but a human still has to occupy the CEO seat.

Give it time, and this will change when there will be no one to be laid off ...CEOs will be the best thing to get rid of - would save investors billions !

Our CEO and C suite could be replaced with Counter Strike bots

  • they would farm at least some value
  • far more efficient than AI
  • they already headshot and vote-kick employees
  • they perform useless actions to avoid AFK
  • bots don't need salaries and stock options
  • Counter Strike tournaments would be way more fun than useless AHCs

It can't be any worse I know that.

That would create too much knowledge at the top. Verizon has excelled inept leadership. When we couldn’t sell services fast enough due to customer demand, it masked that. Whenever there is opportunity, our leadership has proven they are failures with no vision. If AI is going to replace Dan, it will need to be a severely d-mbed down version.
