Who are we hiring in management?

I’m pretty sure my boss is a re--rd and lacks the judgment and skill set for the role. He has a very childlike mindset and doesn’t seem to understand that putting people’s personal information into AI is a serious violation of trust. I go into work with the best intentions, but my direct manager consistently makes the experience frustrating and unprofessional. Basic decision-making, communication, and common sense seem to be a struggle for him, and it’s hard to see what qualifications or actual expertise got him into the position in the first place. It honestly feels like the rest of the team is constantly compensating for his lack of competence instead of being led by someone capable.

@OP not for nothin but you kind of sound like an id--t yourself. what adult uses words that most people grew out of when they left the 8th grade ? most people have expanded their vocabulary

They should fire the people doing the hiring and the process of hiring people should be overhauled.

Mgrs (“leadership”) aren’t hired due to abilities. Except, a-s kissing, that’s the most sought after skill.

Good luck dealing with incompetence.

Fire the majority of management in the CSSC.

the better question is "Who should we be firing in management?"

@ad they hire subpar humans because they are more likely to do whatever for the hiring team/company, good fall guys, likely to do bad things, keep secrets, and won’t leave. Communist countries do the same thing. The local snitch or social reject is made the chief of police. They are easier to control, proud to be something, and ready to inflict years of social rejection pains on the populace/workers.

NY management has to be the worst, just look at all the foreman they’ve hired since 2016. It’s like they go to the ghetto and ask if they like Internet and hire the first one to say yes.
