After the massive layoffs, they are still looking for 5% IPs for the year end during the mid year reviews. More layoffs coming year end?

The problem is most of the people that were laid off this round were not IP, they are SP/EP but too “expensive”

Could you define Fidelity Values?
I have been told to give IP's to my grade 4's and 5's , 2/10 employees on their adherence to fidelity values. Irony is that have 4 positions open, have been asked not to hire internal candidates by my A0's and asked to hire external because they are cheap. Godspeed
