Opt in to layoff

Attending meetings this week and the energy and expectations is awful, it’s clear there’s no vision and I’m already so burnt out. Does anyone know if it’s possible to opt into the layoff?

I have a good relationship with our HR Rep and asked that question and was told no, but, of course, anyone is welcome to leave at anytime.

I think they missed an opportunity to also let folks volunteer, and I would have. The last year (since the last re-org) has been ridiculous and now it's just going to get much worse. To whomever said they feel for those who are still there, thank you, you know exactly how it's going to go for the next few months

I'm a contractor and I feel the same. My entire team is gone

I am wondering the same thing. I feel like we are all being set up to fail.

I truly feel for those who are left. I cannot see how some of our products can get delivered this season with the skeleton crew.
