Yep, internet is full of this slop. Do this and that to get ahead. It’s all about getting to that mysterious prize. It’s exhausting.

How about just keep it simple and strive to do work you enjoy and that you are good at. Never stop learning and growing. Make connections and have a positive impact. Ignore the noise from feedback from those whose opinion don’t matter. They don’t know you and you shouldn’t change to fit some mold.
