The hypocrisy of this group is amazing as they continue to guard their stock price and protect their multi-million dollar payouts.

I have never heard anything that Fran has stated in the past that I actually believed. She is a True BS artist who sells her own brand at the expense of others. Trying to hold on to her status and position which offers no real Value to the business as a whole . How many other companies (like zero) do you see an HR person in such a high profile and dominant role (not to mention pay scale)? It makes no sense whatsoever. A sheer waste of time listening to her babble when there really is no value in what she says.
I want to vomit every time Fran speaks. She is so fake.
Not only does it speak volumes that a lot of what Fran said was pre-canned and prepared statements, but it was also written and proofread by AI, which also speaks volumes.
And they cherry-pick softball questions and even use AI on the fly to craft answers in real time to read back on the live broadcast, as if they are shooting from the hip, when in reality they already had a bunch of prepared statements for many questions they knew were coming.
Did you read the Q&A? Almost every answer was a something that looked like a legit answer, but actually said NOTHING.

Their homes are multi million dollars. God knows how much is in their 401k and other accounts. They are very secure and never understand an employee with kids renting and struggling to make ends meet.
I’ve been here a few years and it’s funny how weird the beats are in general. They turn off the comments and all of the Q&A goes through moderation so it ends up being an a-s kissing competition. Just the same self congratulatory back slapping.
