@qs yeah, so few leaders with actual demand planning experience. And the VP is known to be a terrible person to her staff
Dont join the new Demand Planning org. It is so toxic
It’s working but the goals and comms are all messed up. But quite a few improvements are coming from those teams. If they all checked their egos and worked together it would be a lot better.
I thought it was Paul Harrimgton’s baby?
