Hope not, the whole group in Indian needs to go. So poor and the quality is embarrassing

I don't think they were impacted as much as the US folks. It's probably because of the high attrition they had, after forcing everyone to be hybrid. Either way, it may have been 8% globally, but certain US sites took the biggest hit.
@cc iconically. most other companies, having done this in the past, are pivoting away from hiring in India .... except for Netapp, where "Old corporate ideas go to die".
The axe needs to fall heavy in India. The quality of the output is just so low. The whole idea of offshoring has failed and not only costs more, but leads to slower and poorer products.
