The only reason we are sponsoring them is because the executives get free lounge and box access for free. So much for being "good stewards", "shareholder oriented" and "value creators". Couple this with free private jets, it's one never-ending party for the ultra rich. The rest of us get pink slips and anxiety.

I’d love to know what Hitz and Mendoza think of what these people have done to a once great place to work. Netapp needs a reboot, the whole executive team needs to go and they should lose all their bonuses. Their performance and leadership is not at the standard neede and they are the reason for no growth. 10Bn 🤦🏼♂️🤭🤣

And you forgot about free tickets to DreamWorks films. Probably.
its the same story everywhere... it just sounds more ridiculous in our company. vp and above flying in business class and having generous budget to pass around themselves... inflated bonus for doing nothing. most of the cannot find another job in this industry with half their pay. shame on the board for having an ineffective ceo and shame on the ceo for hiring an ineffective c-suite and shame on us for working in this company.
