@e8 You sound fu--ing brainwashed. Lemming.
They built a machine to replace every worker, forgetting that the workers were also the customers — and in chasing a world without wages, they engineered a market without buyers.
Here's what I know to be true: AI touches every role. Not to replace the human, but to elevate us. And our job as leaders is to make sure our workforce has what they need to be at their best.
But I also believe this deeply: the more AI becomes part of how we work, the more emotional intelligence becomes the differentiator. AI is the how. EI is the why. The care, the trust, the human connection — that's what no model can replicate. Psychological safety and human skills aren't soft additions to our strategy. They are deeply embedded in our Credo and our Culture OS — built into who we are, how we lead, and how we grow.
We're not just building a future-proof company. We're building a future-proof workforce — and I couldn't be more proud of the team making it happen.
Let's build the future together. 🔐
What amazes me most is the complete total disregard for basic needs of people in general. When it implodes and it will come around eventually.....I hope everybody affected remembers how they meant nothing, nothing in the eyes of the management other than being totally disposable.
We built a machine to answer every question, then forgot how to question the answers. It will be a disaster for sure.
It's the latest management fad only this one promises to permanently eliminate those pesky employees.
Grab some popcorn, it's going to be fun watch it all crash and burn.
they are trying to make AI into a religious deity watch out
AI companies pay other firms for the use of their technology or content through various models, with revenue sharing and royalty percentages being common structures. So, let's say that a client pays on the books 100 $ for 100 tokens to an AI company, then they "get back" 50 $ in tokens. Now they can show that "50$" as a "revenue stream" to investors. Ain't that nice ?
Verizon is a google shop. Gemini integrates into most of the tooling Verizon uses. Not rly rocket science.
