End of Year performance meeting last week.New year metric and KPI entered and approved . 9am meeting invite this week, manager doesn't show up but their manager enters meeting instead. Premier Support agents affected by layoffs. Company expanded business and made more money than last year but had to layoff people...

Is anyone really collaborating better? Open floor plan seating with everyone on top of each other. Many people squatting(I understand why) by leaving personal cr-p around. Every huddle room and conference room filled with singular people making calls. Most of the people coming in don't know those around them and spend hours of day on phone or calls with people in a different location. "But the energy"
